We got off the plane from Germany, only to get on another plane to another Destination Wedding just 3 days later (after shooting a Sydney wedding in between two destination weddings!). This time its over in magical Bali where Donna and Dave decided to tie the knot at AYANA Resort and Spa Bali. These two met at a club one night but somehow Donna have absolutely no memory of Dave at all that night. As he leaves the club, Dave kept thinking about her and asked his friend to get her number for him but it ended up being the wrong number. As luck would have it, they found each other on Facebook where their relationship would grow to what it is now.
Dave’s family lives in Indonesia and we could tell it meant the world to him getting married back home. Family is clearly a priority to these two and it indeed is special to see their nearest and dearest travel all the way to Bali for their big day. It was such a beautiful wedding with the comfortably warm Bali weather and the most breath taking views in Ayana. Couldn’t be any more perfect if you ask us! Thank you for being our first couple to give us the chance to document a wedding in Bali! We hope it wouldn’t be too long until we’re back there again doing what we love!
